Technical Sales Project Manager (Netherlands)
CASHEW-SHELL BIOREFINERY CSBR BV
Location: Geleen (by the Brightlands Campus) and Maastricht (by ENCI Maastricht). The Netherlands.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, materials science, business and management or related
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (eg. making non-technical audiences understand)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs/markets
Nice to have:
- Technical background with focus on polymers, additives, coatings, and adhesives.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in other languages is a nice to have.
- Employment Type: Full-time, for 1 (one) year, with 36h per week and 25 paid holidays (exc. bank holidays)
- Place of work: Geleen (by the Brightlands Campus) and Maastricht (by ENCI Maastricht). The Netherlands.
- Start Period: January 2026 .
- Compensation: Commensurate to own experience and in line with market-standards.
